Hari Ahad...tak sabar nak esok!

Suppose hari nie ahkak ada appoinment dgn PT ahkak...Ekyn nak jumpa kat gym dlm kul 11.00 pagi. Semalam masa ahkak jumpa Ekyn...masa tu mata dia dah merah...then malam tadi dia called ahkak ckp dia dpt MC....so postpone to this Tuesday jumpa dengan dia. Yes! Ada few days lagik leh turunkan berat badan sikit sebelum buat measurement dgn dia nanti.

Selepas ahkak buat breakfast for my family, rindu pulak nak ke gym. Dalam hati 50-50 nak pergi ke tak? Last friday & semalam dah pergi ....tak perlah hari nie rest ajerlah kat rumah. Kakak dok bising tanya...'ibu tak gi gym ker?'....cz kalo ahkak pergi gym time wiken...mmg Kakak & Cha ahkak bwk sekali.

Masa basuh pinggan kat dapur...teringat kat mesin treadmill...cross-trainer..stepper exercise...rasa cam memanggil2 ahkak. Yes! Dah angau ahkak sorang nie. Nak pergi ke tak? Memandangkan hari nie ahkak belum mop lantai kat rumah...baju kerja pun masih berendam dalam baldi...adoiiii...so ahkak decided...exercise kat rumah ajerlah hari nie. Tak pun....buat squad or lunges ajer petang nanti.

Sebelum masuk gym...kalo diet tu...meaning tak makan malam...peh tu makan nasik sikit ajer....but now....lepas dah masuk gym nie...rasa GUILTY kalo ahkak makan manyak2...then mulalah dok kira apa calories dlm makanan tu....tak pun...kalo hari nie makan manyak...haruslah lamer kat treadmill utk burn all the calories.

Lagik satu...dulu masa nak kurus....konon...tak mo nampak perut muncit jer...but now...ahkak ingat nak tone lengan pulak. Ingatkan dulu...kalo lengan dah mengeleber tak leh kecikkan balik...rupanya...bulih...kena rajin buat Weight exercise kat gym. One of my favourite machine adalah buat Triceps nie. Kena rajin...baru leh nampak toning kat lengan...so kena think +ve.

Oh yer....lupa nak ucapkan tima kasih pada En. Somi yg introduce dunia gym nie kat ahkak. Sekali dah pegi gym....mmg dah jatuh chenta....mcm dlm hati ada taman...skrg nie...pergi gym merupakan 'Cinta Hati Ahkak'....since dah pergi dlm masa 4 bulan nie....ahkak rasa lebih sihat...rajin ...confident level tinggi......moga semangat nie akan sentiasa ada sampai biler. Insyaallah.

I belum masuk those classes lagik. Ramai yg bising kat I...naper tak masuk classes...ingatkan this month baru nak start masuk classes sumer tu...eyeing nak masuk Belley Dancing...gelek abis dlm tu nanti.

My BFF....Tak nampak pun perut nko muncit...slim & kempis ajer.

Kalo nko nak kempiskan perut...cuba nko bukak channel 706...awal subuh pagi ada workouts with Jillian Michaels or tak pun The Firm....mcm2 senaman tekan tubi u bulih cuba dlm program tu..

Kelas aerobic??? tak minatlah laling...nak try belley dancing...harus kena beli ascecorries yg berjurai2 letak kat pinggang lepas nie....he..he..he..he.

1. dancing class (with colleagues)
2. swimming (with anak2)

hasilnyer? lihatlah badanku....ramping kan?? hahahahahahhahahaha

ps: i ada rambu ramba belly dancing accessories tue...perasan seksiii masa pakai...wakakakakak

Yes! Glad to hear that u rajin gi dancing class & swimimming class...keep fit a healthy life style.

Dancing class...mmg menarik! I try nak masuk power dance class....lepas nie.

Laling...kat maner u beli menda yg berjurai2 tu....I mmg plan nak beli...nak bergelek2 lepas nie.

Siyes...biler tgk ramai yg masuk belley dancing class nie...I tergedix2 occay nak masuk....seeee...I mmg overrrr kan.

Sy zaman remaja (early 20s) dulu rajin ke gym. For 3 months...almost everyday pegi. Tak cukup dgn ke gym, pegi cycling dan jog lagi. Very fit and slim that time.

Bila stop...hancuss...
Buntal dah jadinya.Hahaha!

Masa tu...baru 1 hari tak pergi gym...windu giller.
